Now - 15th March 2016 is a good time to come and join our Drama group as we are embarking on a new project. No auditions are necessary.
Our last play: A Tale of Two Hoods was performed on 12th/13th March at The FAYAP Centre. It was a bonkers tale and featured in the East Anglian Daily Times.
In 2015 we were working on a new Framlingham Tealights show. We made a film here about a disco and another film at Sutton Hoo involving Anglo Saxons and a mysterious blue man. These films were screened to the public either side of our performance of a series of original sketches 10th/11th October 2015. It was hilarious and went very well indeed.
Our last play: "Rumble in the Jungle" was performed here on Saturday 1st and Sunday 2nd November 2014 at 7.30 pm. Entrance was free but thanks to generous donations we raised over £200 and a great deal of fun was had by the cast, crew and audience.
Written by the cast and staff, characters included: City Dave, Mowgli, Orlando who turns into Legolas, Alice in Wonderland and the Blue Queen, oh and Fez the monkey amongst others.
One of our ex-members who is now at Drama College came back and ran some fun warm-up exercises for us for a couple of sessions recently:
In 2013 we wrote our own sketch show called Framlingham Tea Lights which also included a couple of short, funny films. Part of the process involved improvising and generally having a good time:

Our performances were at The FAYAP Youth and Arts Centre on the evenings of 23rd and 24th November 2013
They went really well with audiences of approx 45 each night.
